Before Purchasing an item with us;
Please note that we only deliver to THESE countries and are not able to do delivery to certain countries, if most online store do not do delivery to your country then we will probably not be able to do as well. Please CONTACT US if you are not sure before purchase.
Items could be slightly different then it appears on pictures as pictures are taken and edited to look attractive on website. In some cases item might not be delivered exactly within the time frame listed on the site and customers might be kindly asked to wait for further upto 7 more days. On holidays and special occasions the courier company and warehouse might be struggling to keep up the demand and run a little late and delivery time might take upto 60 days. Please select the item and model number carefully as we will be unable to change the item or refund once you place the order. If you email us within an hour after placing the order we might be able to make changes but we do not guarantee this.
Returns and Refunds
You should let us know within 48 hours if you are not satisfied with the product received from the time you received it. Please send a picture of item with original packaging to email@example.com or through contact us page. Once we receive the email we will inspect the complaint and get back to you Asap. Please note the following;
- To be eligible for a return/refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- A proof by picture or videos should be provided for damaged/bad quality or wrong item.
- We hold the right to decide whether a refund or replace to be issued after examining the complaint and its condition.
- If satisfied with the complaint in most cases we will sent a replacement not refund. You can keep the item or dispose it however if you want to return it shipping cost is paid by the buyer.
- If we do decide to refund (in some cases only) , refund will be issued to the card only that you used during the purchase and could take upto 5 business working days.
- We highly recommend you to contact us if your country is not on the list or you are not sure if we do free delivery to your country. If you buy product without making sure or asking us first we might not be able to issue refund. If we did than a service fee will be deducted. (Fees that our partner deduct for processing the transaction).
Your personal info will be collected or saved until the order is delivered and we might continue to keep those data for further advertisement or refund purposes only.
